(two) Provide oral legal advice or recommendations on contracts entered into between Party A and third parties for business purposes.
(three) Provide verbal opinions that do not involve complex categories.
(four) Can handle daily legal issues of commercial enterprises through oral consultation, Not involving judicial procedures.
(five) Provide oral legal opinions or suggestions on the labor service or labor contract relationship of Party A.
(six) Hold a meeting at the office address of Party B regarding the above matters (Not exceeding per month 3 hour) .
